Public offer

This public offer is made by Individual Entrepreneur Minaeva E.V., BIN/IIN 921110450927 (the “Provider”), for access to the Edvanta digital service.

For paid access, acceptance consists of selecting a plan, seeing the final price and term, accepting the offer and paying or receiving manual administrator confirmation while online payment is unavailable.

Edvanta provides digital access to AI-assisted generators of lesson plans, assessments, worksheets, presentations, class-hour, methodological and school documents, interactive materials and other functions available in the interface. Outputs are drafts and must be reviewed by the User.

Registered Users receive 3 successful free generations. Plans: 7 days — KZT 1,800; 30 days — KZT 5,000; 365 days — KZT 50,000. Fair use: 10 individual documents and 7 packages/day/account. Failed generations and repeat downloads do not count. Up to 10 AI visuals/document.

No recurring billing applies without separate express consent. While online payment is disabled, subscriptions are arranged through the administrator. Once online payment is enabled, the actual provider and available methods are shown before payment. Edvanta does not store full card numbers or CVV/CVC.

Users must verify learning objectives, facts, calculations, answers, legal references, personal data and local school requirements. Edvanta does not guarantee approval by a public authority, school administration or certification body.

Account sharing, limit circumvention, illegal content, attacks and unlawful personal-data processing are prohibited.

Edvanta software, interface, design, brand and template system remain protected. Users keep rights in their inputs and may lawfully use, edit, print and distribute generated files in educational/professional activity. AI output is not guaranteed unique.

Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy and separate consent. Necessary disclosure to AI providers and possible cross-border transfer are separately disclosed.

If the Provider disputes a consumer claim, a reasoned written response is provided within 10 calendar days. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.
